When care teams are stretched, small process problems become daily pressure.

Growing waiting times

Inconsistent ways of working

Miscommunication between colleagues and departments

Duplicate work

Lack of overview and priority

With the right structure, people get more room to do the work they care about.

Founder

Shahad Altaie, Founder

I’m Shahad Altaie, founder of SA Care Dynamics. I started this consultancy because I have seen how much energy healthcare professionals lose to unclear steps, repeated work and decisions that do not match daily practice. My role is to listen carefully, map what is really happening and translate that into improvements that feel realistic for the people doing the work.

Method

The Care Dynamics Method.

A structured 6-phase trajectory that starts with listening, continues with practical problem solving and ends with checks that help the improvement last.

01

Intake & Clarification

Pinpoint where things actually break down

We start with a focused conversation about the situation, the pressure points and what a better day at work should look like. I ask practical questions about people, planning, communication, systems and decision moments so the goal is clear before anything is analysed.

02

Map the Process

See how work really flows in practice, not on paper

The current way of working is translated into a clear process map. This makes hidden steps, informal workarounds, repeated actions and unclear responsibilities visible without blaming the team.

03

Analyse Bottlenecks

Root causes, not just symptoms

Together we separate symptoms from causes. The analysis shows where time, information or ownership gets lost, and which issues create the biggest daily impact.

04

Improvement Advice

Quick wins and structural change

You receive practical recommendations: small improvements that can start quickly, plus structural changes that create more clarity, consistency and measurable progress.

05

Feedback & Decision

You decide what gets implemented

The advice is discussed with leadership and, where useful, the team. You choose what fits the organisation, the timing and the available capacity.

06

Implementation Check at 3 and 6 months

Measure, adjust, sustain

After implementation, I return to evaluate what changed in practice. We check what works, where adjustment is needed and how the improvement can become part of daily routines.

More clarity, more ownership, more space for care.
